Fonts:

Please include all fonts used in your design or outline the fonts.  Do not use a “font style”, such as bold or italic.  Instead, use the bold or italic versions of the font to prevent unexpected imaging results that may not much your desired effect.

Color:

Please save all files as CMYK (4-color process).  Use the Pantone Matching System (PMS) when using spot colors.  Do not rely on the colors printed on an office printer to be accurate. Specify which colors will print in CMYK (4-color) and PMS colors. Delete all unused PMS colors.   Ensure that all embedded files are of a high resolution, are in CMYK, and are imported at 100%.

Image Specifications:

All images used within the file should be high resolution or vector-based.  All images should be 300 dpi at 100% size.  Please provide a bleed of 0.125″ and keep all text and important images 0.0625″ away from trim.  All linked images should be supplied with artwork.

Specialty Instructions:

If you have a color print out or a previously printed sample card that you would like us to match, please send with the digital files and be specific as to what you would like us to match.

Art not meeting the requirements will delay the production of your order.
