Production Mechanic

CPS Cards is a leading provider of quality printed cards, personalization, and fulfillment services used in gift cards, reward programs, and loyalty marketing. CPS Cards is one of the largest card embossers in the US and perhaps the largest when it comes to combining embossing with encoding. We produce cards for prepaid, solicitation, membership and loyalty cards as well as many other markets.  Due to the growing demand in these markets we are looking to expanding our technical department. Essential Functions:

• Repair and maintain all production machines and equipment in accordance with diagrams, operation manuals and manufacturing specifications for the electronic, and mechanical systems
• Experience with inkjet, direct mail, or packaging experience preferred
• Test/troubleshoot the electronic devices on all equipment
• Test/troubleshoot the mechanical devices to determine performance on all equipment
• Repair/replace defective components
• Set-up and assist in the daily operation of the production floor
• Reports directly to technical supervisor as well as guidance from shift supervisor
• Overtime, as required
• Proficient with computer software such as MS Word and Excel
