Tom Knaus to speak at ICMA Workshop
CPS Cards, a leading provider of plastic and paper card solutions, has announced that Tom Knaus, President, will speak at the International Card Manufacturers Association’s (ICMA) North American Academy Workshop on Tuesday, October 22nd at 10:45 AM CST.
The workshop is being held at the Sheraton Chicago O’Hare in Rosemont, Ill.
Card industry professionals from around the country will converge on Chicago for the three-day event that will discuss the latest trends, advances and challenges in the card manufacturing industry. The ICMA, a worldwide non-profit association whose members include card manufacturers, suppliers, issuers and personalization companies, has provided a forum for card professionals for more than 23 years.
This month, Tom Knaus, a leading authority on the subject of card manufacturing and personalization, will provide an insightful look into “Aligning Sales with Plant Capabilities.” In the card industry for more than 25 years, Mr. Knaus has built several profitable production facilities and is an expert at modifying capabilities to meet customer demand.
Utilizing his unique industry perspective, Mr. Knaus’ presentation will focus on managing capital expenditures, talent, and schedules to maximize output, and, ultimately, improve the bottom line. Attendees will learn how minor production changes can result in substantial time savings and measurable ROI.
