A leading voice in the card industry for more than 20 years, Jim serves as an integral part of CPS’ new product development and quality assurance teams.

In 2003, Jim spearheaded the opening of CPS’ first Chicagoland location, in Addison, Ill. – a move that significantly expanded the company’s capabilities, increased bandwidth and resulted in explosive growth.

Nine years later, he directed the design of a brand new, state-of-the-art facility in Glendale Heights, a move necessary to accommodate the company’s growth. The new Chicago plant gives CPS Cards an even greater capacity to handle large, complex orders for a wide range of nationwide clients.

In 2014, Jim was elected to serve on the board of directors for the ICMA (International Card Manufacturers Association) and holds the post of personalization representative, which speaks to his level of expertise in card personalization. He also serves as the Chair for  CardTREX North America.

Prior to joining CPS, Jim managed the largest closed-loop prepaid card plant in the U.S. and managed the production of more than 400 million cards annually.
