CPS Cards’ Denise Upchurch Earns Card Industry Certificate

CPS Cards Customer Account Manager, Denise Upchurch, was one of the first two card professionals to earn the International Card Manufacturers Association’s (ICMA) new CITE certificate. The CITE (Card Industry Training & Education) training program was developed by the ICMA to provide a comprehensive overview of the card manufacturing industry and processes and includes sections on general card manufacturing, personalization and application technology. Denise, who has been with CPS Cards for more than 3 years, serves as a consultant to her clients, helping to guide them through the entire card production process, beginning to end. The CITE training has helped to expand her knowledge base and allows her to better serve her clients. Congratulations Denise!
